Britannia opened its doors to the community in the Spring of 2000. It was originally located at Rick Hansen Secondary School (September 1999). It became a French Immersion site in 2007. Britannia support a dynamic community of more than 800 students from a wide variety of multicultural and linguistic backgrounds. Britannia also houses two contained classrooms supporting students with autism who participate fully in the daily life of the school. The focus is to create an environment that results in a high level of academic achievement, social responsibility and personal wellness.
Britannia offers extracurricular activities for student leadership opportunities including a range of athletic teams, choirs and clubs that encourage students to get involved int he wider community.

Dolphin St. Public School is a middle school that is tucked away at the end of Brookside Drive in Streetsville. It has a diverse population with two enhanced learning classes, two ICOM classes and a GLG class. The academic success of its students is focused through the school’s work in collaboration with their unit work, and the Peel District School Board and the Ministry.
Dolphin Sr. offers a wide variety of leadership activities for students to become involved with. They have an active athletic council, The Me To We club, Step Up, lunch leaders (STUFFCO), French clubs and art clubs, to name a few. They are very involved in tournaments for flag football, basketball, hockey, baseball, badminton, soccer and many more. Dolphin Sr. is proud of its junior and senior band. The junior and senior choir performs annually at Canada’s Wonderland and at our Winter and Spring Concerts.

Hazel McCallion Senior Public School is a middle school located in Streetsville, Mississauga. The school was opened in 1991 to accommodate students from Willow Way Public School and Whitehorn Public School. Hazel McCallion public school is named after the former mayor of Mississauga, Hazel McCallion. The school teaches both English and French Immersion students.

Plowman’s Park Public School is a school where the staff, students, parents and the community work together with respect, and peace. Streetsville Secondary School is a learning community of students, parents, staff and the greater community that collaboratively supports student success. Since opening in 1958, the school has established a long-standing tradition of educational excellence. The school has approximately 900 students, 58 teachers and 10 support staff.
A positive educational experience for all students is maximized through diverse programming, resources, modern equipment and extensive support for student success. In addition, Streetsville Secondary is one of the sites for the Secondary Regional Communications Program – Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). This program provides students identified with ASD with specialized learning and technological support.
The school’s regional French Immersion program was introduced in September 2005. Students are encouraged to become a “Tiger” and take advantage of the variety of co-curricular programs, clubs and numerous athletic teams.

West Credit Secondary School prepares students for the world of work, apprenticeships, trades and college programs. The school provides a focused learning environment for students and a dedicated and supportive staff. Students are required to take Co-operative Education as part of their program.

Our Lady of Good Voyage School is an elementary school of approximately 200 students from Junior Kindergarten to Grade Eight who come from diverse social and ethnic backgrounds. The community is approximately twenty-two years old, a newer community within the former town of Streetsville, located north of the centre of the City of Mississauga.
Our Lady of Good Voyage was established to support Catholic parents in their responsibility for the spiritual religious, moral, academic and physical needs of their children in accordance with the teachings of the Church. The school community at Our Lady of Good Voyage is committed to the search for excellence, the uniqueness of the individual and the education of the whole person. St. Dunstan opened its doors on October 28, 1951. Nearly two years later, in December, 1953, the school opened in grades one through five. Over the next three years, grades six, seven and eight were added. In 1977 the kindergarten classroom was completed and St. Dunstan became a Kindergarten through Grade Catholic Elementary School.
The Sisters of Notre Dame de Namur, who commuted from Notre Dame Convent in Belmont for nearly eleven years until the convent at St. Dunstan was completed, originally staffed St. Dunstan Catholic School. In 1972, these Sisters were called to serve elsewhere, and a special committee was formed to ensure that the school remained open. A school board was formed and they, Pastor Norbert Feebly, and others in the parish began a search for a religious order to continue the Notre Dame Sisters’ work.

St. Elizabeth Seton Catholic Elementary School is an elementary school located in the northern section of the City of Mississauga. The student population, approximately 305 students from Junior Kindergarten to Grade 8, come from a wide range of social and ethnic backgrounds reflecting the ever-increasing diversity of cultures found within Mississauga. St. Elizabeth Seton was opened in 1978. Our community consists of single family dwellings, town houses and apartments. Our school is equipped with a gym, a stage, a library, a full computer lab and a beautiful peace garden. We have a large field for our students to play on and we back on to beautiful Wabakane Park.

St.Joseph Secondary School first opened its doors for the first time in September 7th 1993. At the time, the staff and students were temporarily using the building on 795 Rathburn Road East. It wasn’t until June 18th 1996 when the building was completed that the school moved into its permanent home on Creditview Road.
The school started off with only grade 9 classes of 210 and 17 staff members. Now the school has grown immensely with about 1,500 students ranging from grades 9-12 including PIP students as well and over 100 staff members.
All students were taking the same programs in grade 9 to establish a solid and well rounded education. As grades were added students were able to choose from a range of challenging options. The school started off with the following programs:
Mathematics, Science and Technology – Mathematics, Science and Introduction to Technology
Languages – English and French
Self and Society – Geography, History, Career Education, Religion, Physical Education and Keyboarding
The Arts – Introduction to the Arts.
