Mississauga Real Estate Update October, 2018


Number of sales increased by 0.29% in October, 2018 from 689 to 691. Year to date numbers were down by 15.11% from 8,035 sales in 2017 to 6,821 in October, 2018.

Average sales price increased marginally by 1.18% from $685,860 to $693,920. Year to date prices dropped by 3.31% from $729,561 to $705,406.

Average days on Market decreased b 4.17% from 24 days last October to 23 days in October, 2018. Year to date numbers increased from 15 days last year to 22 days n October, 2018, an increase of $46.67%.

Average list to sell ratio increased by 1.03% from 97% to 98%, but year to date figures were down by 5.77% from 104% last October to 98% this October.

Active listings this October compared to last year decreased by 14.67% from 1,677 to 1,431
